Frequently Asked Questions
We are interested in the personal stories of people who have found our products to make a difference in their health. It might be someone dealing with a chronic condition or battling a life-threatening disease.
Stories can be told by the person using the product, a patient, the caregiver of a patient, or parent of a child. Anyone under 18 years of age must include a release form signed by his/her parent or legal guardian. A patient’s healthcare professional may submit a patient
story with the consent of the patient.
Your story can be short or long, up to 500 words (about two typed pages).
A photo is not required, but it will help us connect with you and bring your story to life. Your photo(s) should be of good quality and suitable for sharing.
We share many of the stories with our employees by publishing them on our internal website and other internal communication channels.

We value hearing your story in your own words. We may make minor grammatical or style changes.
Though not required, you may also choose to allow our team to share your story externally with healthcare professionals, patients, or caregivers. Your story might help, support, comfort or motivate other people with similar diagnoses. Stories such as yours also let healthcare professionals know about successful uses of our products.
